Provides expertise and leads in the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers.

Responsibilities:

• Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making.

• Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees.

• Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry[1]leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles.

• Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.

X1 manager, x5 other team members all based in US. Will be working alongside and supported within the HR team in UK.

3+ years in recruitment

• Top 3 must-have hard skills

1 Candidate relationship management experience

2 Hiring manager relationship management experience

3 ATS experience (Workday desirable)

• Personality fits (soft skills)

Ability to build strong relationships with people and work collaboratively. Process orientation. Highly organized, with good time management. Prepared to work on a variety of roles.

Hybrid role needs to be on site a minimum of twice a week. Would want candidate to be fully onsite initially.

08:00-17:00 core. Flexible around start/finish times. Flexibility is expected both ways.
