- Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messages
- Taking ownership of the reception area ensuring it is presented in a clean and tidy manner
- Ordering lunches for events or meetings
- Deal with all incoming and outgoing post, booking couriers, ordering business cards etc.
- Making drinks for clients and organising refreshments
- Petty Cash and support with credit card and expenses reconciliation
- First Aider/Fire Warden - training will be provided
- Scheduling reception rota for lunch cover
- Effectively dealing with any office related questions/queries from colleagues and visitors to the office
- Printing and binding documents
- Arranging team socials
- Updating contact lists and directories
- Assist the Office Manager with various ad-hoc tasks to promote a positive culture and well-presented
- Previous experience in a Front of House/Receptionist role
- Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and liaise at all levels
- Computer literate with MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-presented with an exceptional friendly and professional approach
