p>As a Quercus Business Analyst with a focus on higher education, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the Quercus platform to meet the unique needs and challenges of academic institutions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the higher education sector to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide strategic insights aimed at enhancing academic processes and student experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    • Work closely with higher education stakeholders to understand their unique business requirements.
    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of academic processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Quercus platform.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from academic data sets.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable information.
    • Identify trends and patterns to support data-driven decision-making within higher education institutions.
  3. Platform Optimization:

    • Collaborate with development teams to customize and optimize the Quercus platform for higher education environments.
    • Propose and implement enhancements to streamline academic workflows and improve overall efficiency.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the Quercus platform remains cutting-edge.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in the context of higher education technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Familiarity with Quercus or similar education technology platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
