Pay Rate to Intermediary: 904 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Interpret and manipulate cost data and upload to bespoke CPAC systems in support of the growth in the number of capital works and HFM data sets held in the CPAC central data library, prioritised by data sources and facility types as directed.


• Upload suitable capital works cost data to the CPAC data library in standard NRM1 cost plan format using the DIO bespoke cost upload tool.


• Capture alternative data sets discovered through the main work effort; categorised and stored with recommendations/options as to how this could be leveraged to provide cost insight to the business.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Must be a qualified QS or Cost Manager


• Solid experience post qualification


• Experience in facilities management/ maintenance works desirable
