Quantity Surveyor - Cambridge

Then look no further as my Client is looking for an QS to join their team.

We are looking for an Quantity Surveyor to work on civil projects in the Cambridge area for a large, respected Tier 1 contractor.

Day Rate - (CIRCA) GBP450.00 - GBP500.00

Start Date - March

Duration - Ongoing

Location - Cambridge

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the contractual side to the project
• Carrying out cost analysis
• Monitoring cost variations and writing reports
• Allocating work to subcontractors and making payments
• Ensuring the project does not exceed the budget

Requirements:

• Working towards a Diploma or Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Knowledge of NEC 3 and 4 Contracts
• Ideally experience from a Civils background or M&E background

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent numeracy
• Intermediate user of Excel and good use of other Microsoft packages
• UK Driving Licence
