**Quantitative Developer** (Contract)

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility for Extension)

Location: London/Hybrid (2 days per week on site)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day rate is available for suitable candidates

Role Purpose

We're looking for an established Quantitative Developer who can apply their expertise using C#, SQL Server & more in particular Python, to deliver and support technical solutions to build business functionality and robust automation for internal applications. The primary aim is to support the teams regulatory, operational and analytical deliverables.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in C#, SQL Server and in particular Python
• Working experience with DevOps and change tools for build and deployment
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile delivery methods
• Demonstrable knowledge of Risk, alongside experience in market and / or counterparty risk
• Growth mindset, able to demonstrate effectiveness in learning and applying new skills
• Strong problem solving skills and adequate in terms of information sharing and being able to up-skill others
• Proven experience working End to End, from UAT through to production support
