The Position

The duties you will be performing as part of your role:

• Take charge of supporting and coordinating student placements, ASYE, newly qualified, and apprenticeship programmes.
• Contribute significantly to the ASC annual learning programme.
• Seize the chance to actively contribute to sector-led improvement and workforce development by collaborating with teaching partnerships and various external and internal agencies.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework through a dynamic audit programme.
• Lead Quality Assurance Audit activities, conduct insightful analysis of audit data and produce comprehensive reports.
• Share findings in quality assurance meetings, and senior management meetings, and integrate them into learning and development plans.
• Utilise substantial post-qualifying experience as a qualified social worker. Showcase exceptional analytical skills for processing complex information.
• Demonstrate positive communication, collaboration, influencing, and challenging abilities.
• Excel in verbal and written communication.
• Leverage substantial knowledge of legislation and statutory responsibilities in Adult Social Care.
• Expertise in performance indicators and quality standards.
• Uniquely translate this knowledge into operational learning opportunities to enhance workforce expertise.
  
  

Contract Duration: 3 Months (likely extension)

Hourly Rate: 42 Per Hour (Umbrella)

Commencement Date: January/February 2024

Work Hours: Hybrid! 37 Hours, Monday - Friday / 9 am - 5 pm
