Calling all QA/Test Investment Banking Leads looking for an exciting Outside IR35 Contract role working on a flagship Regulatory reporting modernisation program.

We are looking for a QA test resource to support test planning, design & execution around a new regulatory reporting program. The bank are revamping their reg reporting architecture & placing API driven workflows at the heart of it. 

The aim of the program is:
- Address outstanding regulatory reporting issues
- Enhance the banks ability to both accurately report derivative trading activity, and position itself for future regulatory reporting requirements and issues
- Deliver a framework that can be further leveraged across all supporting group (Risk, Finance, Operations, etc.), many of which share similar longstanding operational issues/inefficiencies

Role Requirements

• 5+ years as a a QA Lead
• Test plans and test execution
• Recent experience working on Reg reporting projects in investment banking
• Good understanding on manual and automated testing tools
• Excellent understanding of workflow and trade life cycles for a reg reporting program
• Good experience working on API driven architectures and tools, who understands the business context of reg reporting (either through familiarity with reg reporting requirements or good knowledge of trading applications).
• Understanding of Python for automation very desirable. We currently plan to automate the API driven workflows through python, so knowledge of that or alternative implementation of an automated framework is necessary.

My client is very open to WFH with 1 day a week required in their central London based office.
