The role:
As the PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in financial operations, specialising in the disentanglement of procurement and payment processes and will involve meticulously assessing and segregating financial systems, contracts and vendor relationships.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT to identify and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the strategic plan to separate PTP systems.
- Ensure a smooth transition out of the TSA and into standalone PTP systems.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure awareness of risk and issues.
- Ensure the team are ready for BAU in handover.
- Ensuring the plan for systems separation is complete, accurate and on track.
- Reporting on progress to the Operational Finance, and the Project Team
- Identifying risks and ensures and ensuring these are reported, resolved, and escalated as appropriate.
- Attend meetings and workshops.
- Testing and development
Requirements:
- Experience within PTP
- SAP/Coupa/Bottomline experience
- Appropriate Finance Qualification
