3-6 months Contract

450- 500 per day (working via an Umbrella Company)

A Glasgow based Financial Services Client is currently seeking a Proposition Development Consultant to join their Commercial Team on a Contract basis.

3-6 months initially & hybrid working (2 days in the office per week in Central Glasgow), our Client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge & experience:

  1. In-depth Proposition Development experience within the Pensions / Savings / Investmentssectors - fully understanding the types of products offered by Pensions/Savings/Investments organisations
  2. Strong project knowledge with previous experience taking a good product idea through the full proposition lifecycle and into product launch
  3. Agile - strong knowledge of agile approaches & typical project methodologies
  4. Excellent people & leadership skills with the ability to motivate & drive project teams
  5. Experience working with Stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and building strong/trusted relationships with all teams
