Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Take charge of the financial delivery of savings generated by the decommissioning program. Strategically focus on program subsections, directing resources to meet/exceed financial targets.
- Program Status Reporting: Deliver comprehensive program status reports internally and externally, up to board level. Clearly articulate the achievements and progress of the decommissioning initiative.
- Matrix Management: Efficiently manage internal Operations, Finance, Demand, Multi-Site, and Legal teams, along with external Legal and Estates suppliers. Foster collaboration to achieve seamless decommissions and legal terminations.
- Opportunity Exploration: Identify opportunities to maximize financial benefits within and outside the program. Ensure a commercially viable approach to deliver exceptional results.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of the different sub-projects within the telecom site removal program, including macro, micro, pico, and DAS. Ensure financial targets are met and customer service requests are fulfilled.
- Property and Legal Management: Navigate complex legal scenarios, including Notices to Landlords, settlements, Asset Transfers, and Code usage for access. Manage sign-offs and coordination with Estates and Legal suppliers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team for program reporting and seamless delivery. Foster strong relationships to enhance overall program efficiency.
- Contractual Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of the MSA agreement with the Customer. Leverage experience in contract management to contribute to program success.
- Indirect Supplier Management: Effectively manage day-to-day interactions with suppliers, providing guidance and instructions to ensure program success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in decommissions or site deployment preferred.
- Proven ability in Matrix management and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Commercially minded with experience in financial program management.
- Understanding of legal intricacies and property-related matters.
- Strong skills in indirect supplier management and contract administration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
