Salary to 30,000

Hybrid working (2 days remote)

9.30am to 5.30pm

Duties as a Property Paralegal:

• Preparing documentation for execution by clients.


• Obtaining copy documentation from local authorities and other agencies.


• Dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applications.


• File opening and searches.


• Pre and post completion work on transactions.


• Assisting with the conveyancing process from initial instructions onwards, prepare and collate documentation.

Skills as a Property Paralegal:

• Previous Property Paralegal experience from a recognised law firm.


• Good organisational skills and can work as part of a team.


• Experience dealing with residential property matters and commercial property.
