I am working with a huge, international commercial real estate firm, who have an exciting new FTC opportunity available for an experienced Paralegal. This is a 3-month long contract. It is based within their Birmingham office, supporting their team on a large commercial account that they manage.

Core responsibilities:

• Reviewing leases and legal documents to provide advice on the on rights and obligations of Landlord, Tenant & stakeholders.

• Examining legal documents and validating the corresponding data input into the reporting database.

• Managing regular reporting with internal and external stakeholders.

• Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

• Overseeing the entire process of Licences for Alterations/Consent relevant to client goals including client and stakeholder liaison.

• Drive personal performance against client key performance indicators.

Personal specification:

• Previous experience working in property.

• Thorough knowledge of legal occupational documents and their impact on client's occupation, rights, and obligations.

• In-depth understanding of reviewing and using Land Registry.

• Good legal typing skills and accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms.
