We are partnering with a hospitality company specialising in providing premium services to high net worth clients across property maintenance, finance, procurement and other related services, in their search for a Property Finance Manager. This is a 12 month FTC in Knightsbridge, and presents a great opportunity for anyone looking to expand their experience within the property industry.

The role:

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will have 2 direct reports, and be responsible for all property matters for UK, Europe and overseas properties. You will look after monthly CAPEX and OPEX reconciliation in liaison with the finance department, along with partnering with satellite estates to offer financial advice.

What you will need to succeed:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE is acceptable)
• Previous experience in luxury property/real estate is essential
• Experience in a similar managerial role is nice to have but Property Accountant will be considered
• All round management accounting experience
• Exposure to service charges and property related accounting and finance
