Position Overview:

 We are looking for a highly skilled and organised Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing projects within the steel fabrication industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables.


2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and expectations.


3. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, fabricators, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.


4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget.


5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.


6. Quality Control: Oversee the implementation of quality control processes to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds client specifications and industry standards.


7. Timeline Management: Track project timelines, milestones, and critical path activities, adjusting schedules as needed to meet project goals.


8. Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the steel fabrication industry.


2. Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes and project management methodologies.


3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.


4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


5. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.


6. Familiarity with project management software and tools.


7. Bachelor s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
