  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units, developers, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project teams to meet evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrable experience of execution in large scale complex business transformation programmes.
  • Must have demonstrable experience working on Learning & Talent Transformation.
  • Expert on Powerpoint.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the financial services sector.
  • Ability to develop slides that can be presented to Steerco.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
