Gravitas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a client of ours and work on restaurant related technology projects. The successful candidate will be a high performing and adaptable project manager, who will be able to join the business and hit the ground running, delivering against a broad range of projects as part of a wider transformation programme.

Previous experience delivering projects relating to restaurant technology will be hugely beneficial. There will also be a demand to support other areas of the wider tech function and work on other projects such as Infrastructure, Security, Data & Analytics and Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take full responsibility of owning projects from go live through to delivery

- Experience working within the retail, ecommerce, hospitality, restaurant or Fast-Food sector would be advantageous.

- Experienced defining project scope, goals, and deliverable that support the wider business initiatives

- Extensive experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
