Our esteemed client is currently seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with expertise in industrial refurbishments for an exciting project based in Kent. This temporary-to-permanent opportunity involves overseeing a significant project valued at around 10 Million.



Responsibilities:





  1. Project Leadership:




    • Assume a leadership role in managing the industrial refurbishment project from initiation to completion.

    • Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.




  2. Industrial Refurbishment Specialization:




    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industrial refurbishment processes and methodologies.

    • Oversee the refurbishment of industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.




  3. Budget and Financial Management:




    • Manage project budgets, closely monitoring costs and ensuring financial objectives are met.

    • Implement effective cost-control measures and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.




  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:




    • Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

    • Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the refurbishment process.




  5. Quality Assurance:




    • Uphold high-quality standards in all refurbishment activities, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

    • Implement quality assurance measures to meet or exceed industry standards.





Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on industrial refurbishments.

  • Solid understanding of industrial construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Track record of successfully managing projects with budgets around 10 Million.

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in construction management or a related field.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
