Project Manager - Part Time

Talent Hub are working in partnership with a successful and growing company based in Hove.

We are looking for an organised Project Manager to assist their marketing team in the development and delivery of a targeted marketing plan.

The overarching plan has been created with clear goals and objectives in mind and the next stage will be to further refine this plan and break down the objectives into smaller subtasks. Working closely with the marketing team, you ll help with translating the high-level plan into specific tasks and then check in with them individually to ensure their tasks are on track and meeting agreed deadlines.

This role will be vital in helping coordinate between the members of the marketing department and the executive team to ensure that they are executing the plan to agreed timelines and to ensure tasks don t slip. You will collate a weekly report to be presented to the management team.

What you will need for this Project Management role:

Have demonstrated superb project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, teams and team members:

• At least 3 years project management, overseeing and managing complex projects. Marketing experience is not essential
• Experienced in using Excel or create work flows or similar project management tools
• Highly organised and able to assist others in organising and prioritising task lists
• Able to prioritise effectively and remain focused when pulled in multiple conflicting directions
• Be exceptionally detailed-orientated and ensure nothing is missed or unaccounted for
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; both for efficient team communication and for reporting back weekly to the management team

This is a part time contract role, initially for 2 months with the opportunity to be extended. They are flexible on whether these hours are over 3 full days or split across 4 or 5 days.
