Job Title: Project Manager - Fire Detection & Suppression Systems

Rate: 385 - 400 per day
Contract Type: Outside IR35
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, On-site
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation and commissioning of fire detection and suppression systems. This on-site role involves managing a contractor responsible for executing the installation work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the installation and commissioning of fire detection systems.
- Coordinate with contractors involved in the project, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact for the sprinkler contractor, utilizing technical expertise to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate effective project management skills to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in overseeing the installation of fire detection and suppression systems.
- Ability to handle technical questions and provide guidance, particularly in the realm of sprinkler systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration among contractors.
- Previous experience managing on-site projects.
