We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and assist in managing various civils, groundworks and formwork packages based in the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

My client has ongoing work and perm opportunities available.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Reporting and working alongside the Director and Contracts Manager.

Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

Managing and producing programmes

Producing RAMS 

Quality Assurance.

Managing the labour and putting men to work.

Providing progress reports

Commercial management

Managing and liaising with the client

Procurement and labour management

Ordering and managing materials.

Project Manager Requirements:

CSCS 

SMSTS

Experienced managing civils, groundworks and formwork packages for specialist contractors.

IT Literate

10+ years management experience
