Duration: 12 months
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: 50p/h LTD
Location: Whitehaven , Cumbria
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified or equivalent (NVQ/QBE)
- APMQ and/or Project Delivery Experience
- Knowledge of Project management in a Nuclear Environment and NEC3 contracts
- Experience of new build projects (Traditional build or Modular)
Applicants should also have:
- Current security clearance or the ability to obtain
Role information:

As a Project Manager you will ensure that projects are delivered within the given timescales and budgets, and to the required quality. Your duties will include, although not be limited to: Support the Senior Project Manager in development & monitoring of progress. Attendance at stakeholder meetings, supporting forward planning in readiness for project delivery. Attend walkdowns and working closely with the sub-contractors ensure enabling documentation is in place for projects to progress into the construction phase. Lead progress meetings with Sub-Contractors to monitor and discuss progress Attend Client progress meetings. Awareness of CDM regs within the nuclear industry and implement on all construction tasks. Close liaison with the site delivery team. Identify and manage specifically those areas that represent significant risk to the Project Work in a highly regulated environment. Other duties as deemed necessary to facilitate successful Project delivery
