Job Description: The Project Manager/Business Analyst role involves managing and analyzing multiple strategic projects within Data & Regulatory Operations until April 30, 2026. PM/ BA role Contract: until 30 April 2026 Location: Belfast, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) What you’ll do: The Project Manager/Business Analyst is responsible for project management and analysis related to multiple strategic work efforts across Data & Regulatory Operations. The role holder will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of execution against milestones and budget on one or more projects. Create, maintain full end to end operations projects and ensure sign-off of project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Engage stakeholders across product and functional domains to drive transformative changes.
  • Review use cases and manage work streams across geographies for Data & Regulatory Operations for process improvement, strategic technology solutions and automation and Change Management.
  • Apply knowledge of Data concepts and procedures to resolve issues and complete required analysis.
