u>Senior Project Manager (Public sector, Agile, end-to-end Project Delivery, Dynamics CRM, Azure)
Rate: 500-550/day, inside IR35.
Hybrid base: 2-3 days per week on site in S.E. London.
Duration: 14 months, plus further 12 month extension highly likely.
Our public sector client is undertaking bespoke development in delivering end-to-end solutions which are integrated with several bespoke internal teams, other programme areas across the business and 3rd parties.
Essential Skills Experience:
A Senior Agile Project Manager with experience of successfully delivering end-to-end technology (specifically Dynamics CRM and integrated Azure solutions) and business based projects.
Public sector/Government experience is essential. Any experience of working within the Rail or Transport sectors is highly desirable.
Experience of software/product procurement within the public sector, eg: gathering information for tender, managing contract award with internal teams and suppliers. Familiarity with government procurement frameworks, eg: GCloud, DSP etc.
The Senior Project Manager must also be able to demonstrate very strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
Agile experience must be evident across multiple roles.
Wider skills required for this role include:
Waterfall/Hybrid environment experience.
Strong Project Planning capabilities, capable of defining and identifying critical path, interdependencies etc.
Understanding of test principles and UAT.
Understanding of RAID based controls and co-ordination.
Experience of Matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective end-to-end performance.
Budget management, financial forecasting, variance tracking.
Experience of delivering Products aligned to the principles of Agile software development.
