Leverage your expertise as a seasoned professional to make impactful contributions to the Client Change Practice group, driving the success of change management initiatives through adept handling of program and project management, client-driven changes, business consultancy, and analysis, while aligning with strategic direction, client initiatives, industry regulations, and operational efficiency directives.


BA/PM Requirements:

  • Extensive Project Management and Business Analysis experience, ideally in funds.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale change for Clients or Senior Sponsors.
  • Track record of successful delivery in both technical and business projects within change programs.
  • Communicate effectively at a senior level for decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficient in interpersonal, consultancy, and analytical skills.
  • Document IT-specific requirements, plan resources, and manage IT and UAT for project completion.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage client-initiated projects by defining, coordinating, and delivering enhancements within specified guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Clients, Business Partners, and Consultants to analyze, scope, and document improvements following SDLC/BPLC guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, manage deliverables, and track progress against standards.
  • Identify and actively manage Risks, Issues, and Dependencies, escalating when needed.
  • Demonstrate leadership, effectively communicating with different business units during improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and implement enhancements for efficiency, client satisfaction, and cost reduction.
  • Develop a scalable operating structure considering global implications.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis, ensuring accurate documentation and timely UAT completion.
