BPSS Security Clearance is required for this role, the Candidate should be a British passport holder.
The Project Administrator has the responsibility of ensuring that the administrative activities within their remit run efficiently.
The role includes:
Maintaining document registers
Arranging and minuting technical meetings
Liaising with field library & the document control centre
Supporting technical admin checks (e.g. checking document revision status) using document management systems and SharePoint to manage records and providing general administrative support to the engineering team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will have:
Good customer service behaviours, have the ability to remain calm and work well under pressure, good communication skills and have a professional image and attitude.
Must be IT literate and previous experience of working in an engineering support function/office environment.
