Position: Programme Manager - Oracle Transformation - Retail Client
Location: Northampton, United Kingdom (2 days a week on-site)
Day Rate: 620 (Inside IR35) per day
Job Type: Six Month Contract

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading Retail Clients in Northampton! They are currently looking for a skilled Programme Manager with experience of delivering the work-streams involved in an Oracle Transformation Programme in a retail environment to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Develop and update a comprehensive programme plan for the Oracle transformation, aligning technology and operational activities across the company work-streams.
2. Establish and maintain a detailed resource plan, optimising capabilities and costs. Monitor and adjust staffing levels for efficiency.
3. Establish a governance framework, including plans, risks, issues, and a decision pipeline. Communicate updates regularly to stakeholders.
4. Own the commercial management, focusing on financial accountability and reporting. The company PMO updates on the commercial status, while the account lead manages the client relationship.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Strong Programme management experience.
2. Experience with status reporting and cut-over management of onshore and offshore delivery teams.
3. Experience reporting and steering committee attendance and Tracking programme status.
4. Experience Maintenance of Risks and Issues log Oracle and Retail experience mandatory.
