Marketplace Operations Manager | 3-month Contract | Hybrid working

Gravitas is working with a nationally recognised online Saas based business who are looking for an experienced data-led Marketplace Operations Manager to join the business on an initial 3-month contract. Reporting directly into the Director of Pricing, this role will involve working on a number of different, highly complex initiatives within the organisation which will have huge strategic importance.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of managing end to end delivery of complex projects - Including scoping, planning, executing and delivering the work
• Experience Successfully operating in a marketplace business will be key for this role
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills across all areas of the business
• Proven strong experience and understanding of programme/project delivery frameworks, tools and processes.
• Proven strong leadership skills and experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams and technical specialists
• Excellent experience in SQL and developing reports in Power BI
