Service Care, in collaboration with the Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ), is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join the Change Pillar. This is a crucial role responsible for the successful delivery of National and/or London Region Counter Terrorism Policing change programmes. As a Band A Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the effective execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Programme Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage the delivery team for the assigned programme(s).
- Work flexibly across the National CT Policing and Protection Commands change portfolio.
- Collaborate with other Programme Managers, Senior Responsible Owners (SROs), Project Executives, and other CTPHQ Unit Heads.
- Establish appropriately scaled and costed delivery teams, including managing blended teams of permanent officers, staff, contractors, and consultants.
- Proactively intervene to ensure successful delivery of change outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong strategic awareness and business acumen.
- Provide leadership, advice, and support to staff within the programme.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CTP Change Pillar.

Essential Experience:
- Previous experience in (local) government, a security agency, or policing.
- Experience in managing collaborative, multi-agency/joint programmes.
- Experience in managing organisational change-driven programmes, often enabled by technology.
- Strong experience in supplier and contract management in a change programme context.
- Knowledge and experience in applying programme and project management approaches.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Managing Successful Programme (MSP) - Advanced Practitioner or Practitioner (or recognised industry equivalent qualification).
- Desirable: PRINCE2: Practitioner, Contract Management: Foundation Course, Change Management Qualification, Management of Risk, Project Planning and Controls, Agile or Prince2 Agile, ITIL Foundation.
