Programme Manager (Data Analytics) - 6 Month Contract (OUTSIDE IR35) - Hybrid Position - London/Remote
We are urgently looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our clients ever expanding transformation team to assist with the supporting their data analytics platform. You will play a key role in executing the transformation strategy, taking responsibility for delivery of the entire data analytics platform. Candidates must have strong experience in end-to-end management of complex technical and business solutions, requiring a high degree of skill in the scoping, definition, and execution phases of programme delivery.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for shaping, mobilising and delivering scaled agile programmes of change to achieve strategic objectives.
- Working on the processes and their execution, escalate impediments, manage risk, and help drive programme level continuous improvement.
- Head up all aspects of the delivery programme plans such as, identifying, resolving and managing dependencies, issues and risks within delivery.
- Produce and provide timely and meaningful communications to update all stakeholders on status, progress and manage all expectations.
Skills + Experience
- Previous significant programme management experience working within scaled digital implementation and leading high performing teams.
- In depth knowledge of agile as well as traditional delivery techniques and the ability to make recommendations for the most suitable delivery methodology.
- Excellent experience dealing with shaping initiatives into detailed delivery plans for multi-workstream delivery to achieve desired outcomes.
- Previous experience leading individuals and teams through structural, procedural and cultural change, gaining commitment to new ways of working.
- Feel comfortable dealing with C-suite level stakeholders reporting back, building relationships, and presenting.
