Production Manager
Responsibilities
Communicate with Team Leaders& Quality Assurance Inspector to provide status updates, ascertain needs within the control room operation and provide solutions to resource issues.
Supervise and control daily operation and asset management systems.
Ensure resource is aligned to the sales plan
Integrate with customer for reconfiguration, changes and operational requirements.
Analyse, forecast and manage operations and costs.
Support preparation of annual operating budgets.
Over-see engineering activities complying with customer operational requirements.
Develop and train staff to ensure high skill levels and technical competence.
Collaborate with Human Resources on employee development and planning initiatives.
Assist in implementing LEAN concepts and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications/Experience
5 Years Management experience.
HND/HNC or equivalent level of experience.
5 years knowledge of train systems and sub-systems
