Client/Role Overview

Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst/Product Owner for an initial 6 month contract on a hybrid basis with 2 days/week in the London offices.

Purpose of the Role:

You will play a pivotal part in enhancing the overall customer journey by leveraging artificial intelligence and digital technologies. The successful individual will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to drive change and deliver an improved customer lending proposition. The key objective will be to deliver an enhanced lending customer proposition with improved features and experiences, enhance the overall customer experience and deepen existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Build and deliver enhancements to the customer journey, utilizing propensity models.
• Develop and optimize content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Coordinate activities across multiple areas of the bank involved in delivering the customer proposition and experience wrapper.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of objectives.
• Drive change across the business to implement improvements in the lending customer proposition.
• Focus on improving support for vulnerable customers and deepening existing relationships.

What we require from the candidate:

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong understanding of propensity modelling.
• Agile working mindset, adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in digital experience and customer journey improvements.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience in AI projects (desirable).
• Previous experience in Adobe Target (desirable).
