This is a Business Analyst from an FS background who has experience of working in a digital product environment eg worked with product design, new product development, product analysis.

• More cloud tech awareness and ideally exposure to analytics, model development, machine learning
• Drive clarity on roadmap items with dev teams (what, why, for who etc)
• Drive a product/customer focus
• Identify, call out and resolve ambiguity, dependencies etc on items
• Direct dev teams to ensure only working on roadmap, not other items
• Needs strong attention to detail, awareness of tech, ability to spot and challenge ambiguity from engineers
• Also requires more leadership, gravitas etc
• Ability to engage with client IT and Business teams to explain roadmaps, seek and address
