Job Title: Product Manager - SC CLEARED
Location: London, United Kingdom (Two days on-site a week)
Day Rate: 450 (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: Six Month Contract

The contractor will need an active SC Clearance

We have an exciting new contract opportunity available with one of our Central Government Clients! They are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared Product Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.


Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Lead the resolution of product incidents, ranging from P1 to P4, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues raised through ticketing systems.

• Work closely with the Service Management team to ensure a seamless and cohesive Product/Service user experience.

• Collaborate with the product team to articulate technical problems to both senior and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably from a Government department background.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to organizational requirements.

• Experience working with the Service Management team.

• Strong Product incident management experience.
