Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing, negotiation and contract management of various goods and services such Travel & Events, IT, Marketing, PR.
• Manage full RFI/RFP process
• Provide analysis and cost saving opportunities of indirect spend
• Drive overall business success through strategic procurement practices.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers and manage relationships with existing suppliers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support on strategic projects
• Monitor market trends, conduct supplier assessments, and implement cost saving initiatives
• Manage ESG initiatives

Skills & Experience:

• Able to work at an extremely fast pace and deliver against deadlines agreed,
• Must be experienced sourcing tenders/RFP processes
• Previous procurement experience within Retail/Personal care/Luxury Goods
• Project Management experience
• Stakeholder Relationship development & management
• Experience in these categories: Travel, Marketing & PR, IT & Digital (SaaS)
• Must be strong in data analysis on Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, etc)
