Our client, a leading global consultancy are looking for a strategic procurement leader to come and support them internally on a contract basis. They are looking to grow one of their key client offerings and see procurement as a key enabler in driving growth across this key business area for them.

This is a pivotal role's primary focus will be to support our clients strategy and growth ambitions through developing effective supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage preferred supplier framework agreements.
• Evolve their Supplier Ecosystem, identifying and onboarding suppliers in key capability target areas
• Implement a category management approach in selected capability areas.
• Support their Strategic Growth Procurement lead in the execution of bid specific supply chain strategies
• Manage sourcing projects
• Lead the identification of new framework opportunities
• Support and manage supply chain performance reviews

You Should Apply if You:

• Extensive experience in Procurement & Supply Chain roles
• Strong technical procurement skills
• Supplier relationship building skills and performance management
• Strategic mind and self starter
