We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to play a crucial role in supporting our ADS&T strategy. The successful candidate will actively contribute to implementing a more strategic approach to supply chain management, developing preferred supplier framework agreements, and fostering key supplier relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage preferred supplier framework agreements.
  • Implement a category management approach in selected capability areas.
  • Evolve our Supplier Ecosystem, identifying and onboarding suppliers in key capability target areas.
  • Lead sourcing projects and support bid-specific supply chain strategies.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams along the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • Conduct market research, identify new suppliers, and manage supply chain performance reviews.
  • Work with the ADS&T supply chain team to identify and deliver improvement opportunities.


Experience & Skills Required:


  • Extensive experience in Procurement & Supply Chain role (MCIPS qualified or working towards beneficial).
  • Strong technical procurement skills, including strategic sourcing, contracting, negotiating, and supplier management.
  • Commercial acumen and project management skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data for evidence-based decision-making.
  • Forward-thinking with a drive to improve existing ways of working.
  • Ability to operate in a changing environment, with change management experience advantageous.
  • Resilient, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and a self-starter.
