The role has a specific focus on processing and determining as many Major Planning Applications as possible within the set time frame.

The role is based within a Project Team and you will manage your own caseload of Major and other Planning Applications.

The pay rate for this position is highly negotiable and offers a hybrid working arrangement with mostly home working and some site visits.
