Colmore Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teacher. to work in an amazing SEND resource base within a mainstream primary school This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate educator to make a significant impact in the lives of children requiring additional support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver inclusive and differentiated curriculum to meet the needs of students with a range of SEND.
• Create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and specialists to support student learning and wellbeing.
• Foster a supportive, understanding, and encouraging classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in SEND education preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEND strategies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
