Job Description: The Pre-Construction Manager at Rubicon Consulting will lead and coordinate all pre-construction activities for Gas Terminals or Above Ground Installations (AGIs) over a 6-month contract in Manchester. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless transition into the construction phase by managing design finalization, planning, procurement, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the project is execution-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
