PMO Manager | 500pd Inside IR35 | Challenger Bank | 

Movement8 are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join a dynamic challenger bank based in central Birmingham. This is a 12-month contract position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the PMO function within the organisation. The bank is currently in the early phases of establishing its PMO, presenting a unique opportunity for the incoming PMO Manager to contribute significantly to the maturation and development of this crucial function. You will be on site in their Birmingham office 1 day a week. 

• Lead efforts to mature the PMO function, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and organisational objectives.
