Our client is looking for an experienced PMO lead to join the team on an initial 6-month basis, this business is a technology services provider, which means project experience within the IT sector is preferred.
Your new role
This role involves working with workstream leads across the business, this includes preparing presentations for meetings, maintaining an action item log, be proactive in following up on action items. This role is based 100% on site and requires a valid DV clearance, unfortunately applications from applicants without valid DV will unfortunately not be considered.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role, or be experienced in PMO ready to take the next leap in your career into a lead role. The essential skills required for the role include but are not limited to:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and experience of project management software and methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Extremely well-organised
This role requires stakeholder management and collaborative working across different areas of the business to lead, organise and facilitate meetings, ensure meeting agendas align and minutes recorded. You will also be responsible for maintaining a portfolio RAID, data analysis to identify patterns, performance metrics and key trends.
