Workforce Consultant

Location - Hybrid , 3d per week in London

We have an exciting new opportunity for a PMO to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.

Job Purpose

Currently my client is setting up a new PMO function - IT portfolio and Infrastructure and Lead PMO is required to better organise structure and finances and streamline the PMO function.

Must Haves

Skills / Experiences

• Skilled across all core PMO disciplines able to establish a PMO function and guide/lead junior resources (one PMO Analyst currently).
  • Planning
  • RAIDs
  • Change Control
  • Governance Reporting
  • Documentation Management
• Extensive Financial Management experience
• 10+ years Senior PMO experience across a Portfolio
• Has a technical background, having worked in Infrastructure Portfolios, Projects
• Experience in managing 3rd Parties offshore
• Able to assess supplier documentation and act as a 1st QA point badly written design/scope documents for example and assist their transition into meaningful artefact

Tools

• Microsoft Project Enterprise for Reporting, Planning and Financial Forecasting
• Oracle for Invoice receipting
• Good Office skills (Excel, ppt)
• JIRA
• SharePoint

Nice to Have

• A PMO Qualification

For this particular role insurance experience is not required, in fact not preferred.
