About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic PMO Lead with active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance to oversee a critical multi-year programme. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving project management excellence, ensuring robust governance, and delivering strategic objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management Office, providing strategic direction and ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and resource allocation, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project deliverables.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management processes, ensuring the optimal utilisation of resources.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
