Creative Post Production Coordinator - Contract

Our client who are a leading UK retailer are on the market for a Creative Post Production Coordinator to join their creative teams on a contract basis. We are looking for a confident and organised individual with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Any experience within the retail industry is a bonus!

Key responsibilities:

• You will support the post production teams during their seasonal peak with work-flow of their creative assets
• You will be working alongside the Post Production Manager, Retouchers, Shoot Producers and Art Directors
• Upon receiving production briefs you will need to update Retouchers and ensure all current projects and videos are included
• Ensure all functions are working properly on the trackers e.g. adding links and folders
• Receiving and collating images
• Managing and communicating with stakeholders for feedback and approvals as well as managing their expectations on post production

What they are offering:

• 3 to 4 month contract
• Some hybrid working
• Between 200-250 per day inside IR35
