What we are looking for:

Essential criteria

  • Strong technical ability in O365 including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Generalist HR experience with knowledge of employment law and managing team projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of the whole Recruitment process and using applicant tracking systems.
  • Able to identify recruitment best practice and the measures that drive performance.
  • Ability to balance immediate and long-term needs of the business and the team through planning and prioritisation of work.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience working across a variety of business betterment projects.
  • Experience of continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Experience of project management.
  • Experience of office management.

What you ll need to do:

  • Oversee and be responsible for all recruitment across the business, building relationships with universities, proactive recruitment and building talent networks.
  • Build and coordinate delivery of company wide training programme.
  • Support with the creation and implementation a recruitment plan and attraction strategy that proactively meets the needs of the business.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders and central teams.
  • Use data analysis to identify opportunities to improve recruitment process.
  • Manage and be responsible for the company learning management system, developing training courses for employees.
  • Supporting the team in delivering projects.
  • Oversee Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the company and that everything is in line with legislation.
