Responsibilities:

Information Management:

• Utilize specialized tools and methods to deliver precise and comprehensive information regarding pension products and services.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in pension regulations and policies to ensure accurate guidance.

Issue Resolution:

• Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring efficient and satisfactory solutions.
• Document client interactions, feedback, and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and insights, contributing to the enhancement of pension administration processes.
• Keep clients informed about any changes or updates related to their pension accounts.

Skills/Requirements:

Previous Financial Services experience:

• Demonstrated experience in Financial Services or a related field, showcasing a strong understanding of industry practices.

Client Support Experience:

• Proven track record in client support or a similar role, emphasizing your ability to meet and exceed client expectations.

Excellent Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex pension information in an understandable manner.

Detail-Oriented:

• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in pension-related tasks and documentation.

Problem-Solving:

• Proven ability to analyze and solve problems related to pension administration, providing effective and efficient solutions.

Rate: 160 P/D via Umbrella
