Simpson Judge are partnering with an international business as they look to appoint a Payroll Integration Specialist to support their move to a new Payroll System. The business has seen a large increase in headcount across the globe and as a result are in process to incorporate a new robust Payroll System to support their ongoing growth whilst mitigating and reducing input error with Payroll. This role will initially start as a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, but with view to make this permanent.

They have fantastic offices in Leicester and are a short walk from their train station. The role will ultimately be commutable from all areas of Leicester, Leicestershire, Coalville, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough and further away via Trains in areas such as Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham.

As the Payroll Integration Specialist, you will be involved in areas such as:

• Support the integration of a new Payroll system, migrating from the outgoing system.
• Complete understanding of UK and US Legislative compliance regarding Payroll
• Ensure that Employee records for payroll are kept up to date
• Conduct payroll audit
• Conduct payroll data reconciliation
• Lead on the production of Payroll Analysis for Management

The successful Payroll Integration Specialist will have the following:

• In-house payroll experience is essential. The client does not want bureau experience
• Payroll system knowledge with Workday
• UK Payroll Legislative knowledge
• US Payroll Legislative knowledge
• P11d Process experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel to support with analysis

The package on offer for the Payroll Integration Specialist includes:

• Salary of 35,000 to 40,000
• Up to 10% bonus scheme
