About Our Client
PageGroup are supporting a leading distribution business based in Lutterworth with the appointment of a Part Time HR Advisor to join for 3-6 months - possible scope for permanent.
This role will initially be fully on site for the training/induction period and later can offer hybrid working (Circa 1 day at home)
Job Description
Supporting a HR Manager, the role of Part Time HR Advisor will provide generalist HR support for the whole employee life cycle at this busy distribution site.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Support with HR Administration and updating staff files
- Support with employee relations casework
- Support with HR projects and initiatives
- Continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
