Panel Wirer/Electrical Technician

Nottingham

Responsibilities:

• Wiring and assembly of control panels and machinery to meet quality standards.
• Being involved in continuous improvement.
• Fostering a clean and tidy culture with a view to improve to a 5S culture.
• Undertake reasonable flexible working hours to meet deadlines in line with the working time regulations.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks appropriate to the role Have the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Installation of cable management systems (trays and trunking).
• Running pre-prepared cables/looms through the machinery.
• Terminating cables, crimping and creating looms. Installing and connecting electrical ballasts and transformers (3 Phase Machinery).
• Mounting and installing a variety of components within machinery
  
  

More about the role:

Hours - Rotating shifts: 7.30am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday , 7.30am-1.00pm on Friday
